Enterprise Accounts Director

As our experienced Enterprise Accounts Director in Indonesia, you will be directly responsible in engaging, scoping and securing enterprise manufacturing clients in Indonesia. This includes working with the broader Commercial Team to perform market penetration and commercial adoption of our digital transformation toolsets across Indonesia. Leveraging technical support and existing partnerships within Indonesia, you’ll be responsible for delivering strong sales metrics on a quarterly basis.
What will be your area of focus?
Develop, spearhead and secure commercial deals ranging from our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) toolsets to our Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform for manufacturers
Work with local partners and associations to meet aggressive growth targets
Actively build and maintain strong, sustainable, trusted advisor-oriented relationships across government bodies, industry practice leaders and client leaders to generate new revenue opportunities for Arcstone and working with other Arcstone members to secure these opportunities
Negotiate contract terms, messaging, product integration and go-to-market plans with partners and large customers
Develop, maintain and review appropriate performance metrics to track progress and build-in necessary remedial actions for yourself
Work with Management team to ensure metrics and sales are achieved in Indonesia
Relentless passion and drive towards achieving sales targets while keeping to Arcstone’s continued brand and reputation building.
What are the requirements of the job?
More than 10+ years of experience in software/hardware Business Development and Sales, in Indonesia specifically in the manufacturing space
Prior direct experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations is strongly preferred
Proven track record of developing and maintaining multiple strategic relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including statutory boards, industrial associations, technical teams, and sales representatives
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, build and sustain meaningful account relationships that translate into business and sales opportunities
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions to cross-functional audiences
