Senior Business Account Executive

As Senior Business Account Executive, you will be responsible to hone your skills in sales development and lead generation through partnerships and engage systems integrators to start/maintain a healthy relationship between Arcstone and new/potential upsells to manufacturing customers. Not only this but also drive a team together towards success. Work closely with the technical team to be able to scope out an end-to-end solution for a manufacturer and help negotiate the terms and conditions to make it a successful win for us and our hardware partners as well!
What will be your area of focus?
Prospect and generate leads through partnerships and campaigns in Malaysia. Build a pipeline of new prospects utilizing outbound sales tactics and social media where needed together with the marketing team
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and follow-up communications and to study and identify customer pain points so that our technical team can craft a proper solution and package
Coordinate with technical team to schedule meetings and demos onsite, and on-line
Coordinate with commercial director/country manager on creating go to market / sales strategy and execute them while tracking metrics to measure success
Track the progress of leads and properly record interactions within our CRM Fulfil outreach targets and improve on conversion rates over time
Support other ad-hoc activities such as developing marketing materials, attending meetings and taking notes, website updating
Coordinate and lead sales teammates to succeed and secure group targets
Work together with marketing and content writers to enhance sales successful
Design targets and KPIs for the sales team to follow
5+ years extensive experience and background in B2B sales specifically in SaaS based software solutions or in the industrial solutions/hardware space
Passionate about the enterprise software space, especially in manufacturing
Ability to develop new business through prospecting, partnerships, in-person campaigns and leveraging existing networks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target will be a plus
Meticulous and excellent attention to detail and a never give up attitude
Self-motivated, driven to excel and deliver, able to handle stress with a positive attitude
Team player with a no ego and collaborative attitude and willing to guide junior sales teammates to achieving their targets
Experience with sales CRM system with basic knowhow in creating reports, KPIs and dashboards
Fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum full professional proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) in order to effectively engage with Mandarin native clients and prospect
Driven to hunt down customers and partners digitally, over a call or in person!
